Swamp Gas Messiahs? Yup.

So... "It is better to take refuge in the LORD than to put confidence in mortals". (Ps. 118.8) and "Thus says the LORD: Cursed are those who trust in mere mortals and make mere flesh their strength, whose hearts turn away from the LORD". (Jer. 17.5)

Not only is this true about people trusting ANYONE rather than and over God Himself, it surely relates to politicians and any leader (yes, myself as well) regardless of talents, gifts, calling and stature.

How quickly we turn to fables, myths of our own liking which match our personal desires, how soon we stack our relationships with people as flawed as we are!

The flaws of our nation and world are massively documented in history, both world and church history. Ignorance, fear and hatred will only take us deeper into false messiahs both local and national.

I vote, make no mistake about it. Yet- what I'm saying here is why I recorded the Swamp Gas Messiahs record a couple years back and what you now read here is what it was/is all about.

God have mercy and may we learn to reflect His mercy to others regardless!

As always, thanks for stopping by. -Glenn
