Holiday Crazies?

I don't believe I ever figured my life would get less busy or at times less hectic as I aged -heh, good thing because my schedule is generally more full than ever.

As I often mention, taking breaks, trying creative projects, continuing to study and learn from broad resources are all beneficial and sometimes allow us to inspire others.

What I also know from experience is how crazy and exhausting adding Christmas and New Years elements to one's to-do list can make one feel.

Again, gotta take breaks, find spaces and get some breathing room or burnout and regret rather than peace and fellowship take a hit.

Reading the story of Jesus'Incarnation through the four Gospels, considering the lyrics of the many carols, reaching out to needy, less fortunate people via volunteering with those who serve them, all of these are life and health giving.

I think it important to our mental, emotional and spiritual heath to practice both self and others care now and in-between holidays! A lil' reminder from the old guy here :)

Be blessed and a blessing- and as always, thanks for stopping by. -Glenn
